Here is a blaze faced bull by Dwyer Wallstreet. His mother G916 was our first Simm angus purchase. She has been a good cow. Her first calf was the J16 bull we had calves out of in the sale the past couple years. She has a great udder and is very correct in her structure. 83 lbs birth weight Gaining 4.15 lbs per day
Bold Venture is a new bull we tried. He is a Super powerful son of Pilgrim that carries all the mass and depth of body you can ask for along with a massive amount of bone and foot size. Unique in his build, he will add length and width of the top, along with a huge hip. The mother #752 is a 9 year old Charlo daughter that has been a producer of those incredibly thick cattle we appreciate. According to DNA results this guy is the top of the list for the Igenity maternal index at 6.85. Gaining 4.47 lbs per day
Here is the first bull born this season by Vision. At 84 lbs at birth he should be working in any program looking for the total package. We calved the first daughters by Vision this past spring. This Vision son is really good. He has gained well since home from summer range. Born at 85 lbs His start weight was 834 lbs. Considering one of the harshest summers I can remember. He has great birth data and a good pap score. gaining 4.26 lbs per day on test
The 700 cow crosses really well with Vision . One of our top sellers two years ago was a full brother. 700N is on track to being even better. 854 lbs on test weight. Currently gaining 4.64 lbs per day.
This bulls mother Erianna 83 was an embryo acquired from a cow (8T2) at the denver stock show sale some years back. We purchased 1/2 interest in, flushed for a year then resold back in Denver. She has found her calling in the Simm-angus portion of our program. Doing well there. 852 lbs at test start. gaining 4.2 lbs per day.
A super good Vision son back to a great young cow from our Henrietta cow line. She has a little more frame, crossed really well with Vision. The Igenity (DNA) Maternal index was in the top 7 for bulls tested. Birth data suggests lower birth weights and good growth. Started test at 824 lbs.
We lost use of War Zone Due to a hip injury. This will probably be the last of his progeny. Last spring they were some of the stouter bulls to be delivered. Star 010 is a robust cow with appetite. should prove an awesome bull for any program. 794 lbs at test start
This guy grabs your attention. He is big, stout, and fancy. Another Vision son from a Boise mother. He has always been a standout. Maybe not the most docile in the pen. He may work for you. weighed 880 at the official weigh in.
The 805 cow has worked with everything Simmental we have tried to date. Several top sellers in past years. 2023 a top seller going to Slash U Livestock. This last year we tried Vision. We are pretty happy with the results. We recently sent in DNA on Vision he came back Homo Black and Homo polled. Start test weight was 846 lbs.
A good Vision son who scored high on the Maternal and terminal indexes. His dam is a long pretty cow that has produced well. bringing lower birth weights and plenty of growth. We have been very impressed with the disposition of the Vision offspring. His incredibly good nature helped us know we had to have him. Gaining 4.75 lbs per day.
