50% of the purchase price of the animal is due upon conclusion of the sale (01/18/2020) and must be paid within Seven (7) days of sale conclusion **

The remaining 50% of purchase price is to be paid, in full, upon delivery.

Animals will be kept, cared for and fed at Burton Simmental through delivery (usually between last week of April and first week of May. This ensures our ability to give you the Guarantee we offer).

Transfer of ownership will not occur until the animal is paid for in full (usually upon delivery)

Burton Simmental reserves the right to resolve any bidding conflicts.
